Polly believes our bodies have so much to teach us if we can just learn to listen. She can help you take charge of your health by guiding you to work with your unique body/mind/spirit and develop practices that not only prevent and manage injuries, but also help you live a long, balanced, and joyful life.

Polly is a NASM Certified Personal trainer and takes an integrated approach to movement that incorporates functional fitness, resistance training, breath work, meditation, and somatic awareness practices. She will thoroughly assess your movement patterns to develop and track a progressive exercise program specifically to meet your individual goals.

Some days you’ll need to take it slow and ACTIVATE with dynamic stretching, mobility, and stabilization work, others you’ll be ready to go hard and OPTIMIZE with resistance training and functional fitness, and still others you’ll need to take it easy and RESTORE with breathing practices and deep stretching.

However you show up, Polly is prepared to help you enjoy being in your body!
