Dawn has performed, taught, and choreographed in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, and Costa Rica over the past 15 years. She is experienced in hiphop, samba, belly dance, afro-haitian, afro-cuban, congolese, lyrical, fire, salsa, and polynesian dance. Dawn has been featured in several music videos, commercials, live events, films, and print advertisements for major brands such as the BET Awards, a Major Lazer Concert, and So You Think You Can Dance Commercials. In Costa Rica, she led her province's group to win the 2nd place in the national Carnaval two years in a row. She also founded and directed a successful entertainment show in 2015, Puerto Viejo Live, which is still running. She was also the choreographer, dancer, and part time vocalist, drummer, and fire dancer. In 2017 she returned home to the Bay Area and is excited to share her multitude of talents and keep expanding with the D.A.M collective.
