Our guided movement coaching starts with a FREE INITIAL ASSESSMENT. Our sessions are 50 minutes and are currently offered on a sliding scale of $100-$160. BIPOC may take an additional $10/session off whatever base price you choose by using the code BIPOC. A travel fee may apply if we are training in person at your home.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Scheduled sessions may be canceled without penalty at least 24 hours in advance but must be rescheduled within the month.
Late cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice is an automatic late cancellation.
